We are a fast-growing MedTech startup specializing in innovative solutions for interventional cardiologists. We develop cutting-edge AI-driven simulations that provide precise insights into patient-specific heart conditions, reducing risks and enhancing outcomes.
We are seeking a creative Content Specialist to help with marketing content generation and grow our overall marketing strategy. This role will involve creating engaging content, scheduling posts, assisting with social media and website optimization, and providing weekly insights based on performance metrics. In addition to digital content responsibilities, this role may support content creation for conference support and direct marketing efforts, ensuring that all materials are aligned with our brand and effectively communicate our value proposition to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Provide engaging and informative content (text and images) for social media tailored to our audience of interventional cardiologists, healthcare professionals, and patients/families. Assist with content creation for presentations, sales collateral, and other internal or external communications as needed.
- Content Calendar & Scheduling: Assist the marketing team with maintenance of the monthly social media calendar, aligning content with upcoming industry events, product launches and other news and activities. Set up organic and paid posting schedules across X and LinkedIn, ensuring continuous and timely content release.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics on X and LinkedIn (such as engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the team each month. Assist in optimizing content for both organic and paid reach, based on data-driven insights.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely, professional, and engaging manner to foster community interaction.
- Website and Direct Marketing Support: As needed, assist with content creation for the website and direct marketing efforts, including case studies, customer testimonials, and email marketing campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, including emerging social media strategies, healthcare innovations, and digital marketing best practices. Identify opportunities for content creation or promotion tied to industry events, trending topics, or relevant healthcare discussions.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the healthcare or medical device sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns on X and LinkedIn.
- Experience in content creation for both organic and paid social media strategies.
- Proficiency in using X and LinkedIn social media tools to schedule posts and track performance.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and metrics, with the ability to extract insights and recommend actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate technical information in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Strong eye for visual design, with the ability to create engaging images or videos (basic graphic design skills, familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
- Ability to adapt messaging and tone for different social media platforms.
Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time, in-person position with a flexible work schedule, requiring 20 hours per week.
- There may be opportunities to increase hours, but this is not guaranteed at the outset.
